All likely democratic primary voters around the 4th Congressional District need to read:
Madeleine Dean is an attorney, professor, mother, grandmother and state legislator, representing our communities in Montgomery County since 2012. Dean is an outspoken leader who champions progressive priorities such as education, access to healthcare, and ethical government. Following the Sandy Hook shooting, she formed an active group of legislators and activists dedicated to passing legislation to end gun violence.
Madeleine is running for Congress because while women make up half of Pennsylvania — there are NO women members representing the state in Washington. She believes having MORE women represent Pennsylvania will make Planned Parenthood and family health a priority.
"Madeleine Dean is endorsed by the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Pennsylvania AFL-CIO, Former Governor Ed Rendell, and Former Montgomery County U.S. Rep. Allyson Y. Schwartz."
